How far in advance should I book?

3-6 weeks of lead time is ideal. Last-minute bookings (1-2 weeks out) can sometimes be accommodated depending on calendar — but the longer the lead, the more we can prepare around your specific event.

Can you do both event coverage AND a headshot booth at the same event?

Yes. Some events want both — documentary coverage of the keynote and panels, plus a headshot booth for attendees as a takeaway. This requires a custom quote since it’s effectively two photographers’ worth of work.

Where do you travel for events?

Chicagoland is standard. Anywhere in Northern or Central Illinois, NW Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin is regularly covered. Beyond that region — Mid-Atlantic, Texas, West Coast — travel is custom-quoted.

Are there minimums for event photography?

Yes. Event coverage starts at a half-day minimum. Headshot booths have their own minimums based on expected attendee count. Specifics on each service page.

Do you provide event photography for non-corporate events?

Generally no — the focus is corporate events, conferences, professional galas, and association events. We don’t cover weddings, family events, or social parties.

How quickly are photos delivered?

Event coverage: edited photos within 5 business days. Optional same-day social selects available for an additional fee. Headshot booth photos: delivered to attendees within 24-48 hours via online gallery.
