The event headshot booth is purpose-built for speed and volume. It delivers professional results at conference pace — not the same experience as a coached individual or corporate session.

Minimal direction

Attendees get basic positioning and a quick prompt. This is step-and-repeat style — walk up, look here, smile, done. Extended coaching is not part of the booth experience.

Quality is honest

Photos are professional and polished — far better than a phone photo or a conference badge shot. But they are not the same as a full individual or corporate session with extended coaching and multiple looks.

Instant delivery is standard

Every attendee receives 2–5 photos immediately via QR code, email, or text. There is no post-event gallery or follow-up delivery workflow.

A standard booth setup requires roughly 10×10 feet per photographer. We handle the full setup and breakdown — you just need to provide the space and access to a standard power outlet.

The event booth is optimized for volume and speed — minimal direction, instant delivery, step-and-repeat format. A full corporate session includes extended coaching, multiple looks, and 24-hour retouched delivery. Different products for different needs.
