Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Straightforward, so there are no surprises before your session.

Retainers & Deposits

Your retainer is fully refundable up until 72 hours before your scheduled session. No refunds are issued once you’re inside the 72-hour window.

Rescheduling

✓First reschedule — no penalty, no questions asked, even 5 minutes before your session.
✓Second reschedule — also penalty-free, as long as it’s made at least 72 hours before your newly rescheduled session. If made within 72 hours, $50 fee applies.
+Third reschedule and beyond — a $50 fee applies per occurrence.

Delivered Photos & Re-Shoots

Photos that have been purchased and delivered are non-refundable. You can request a refund any time before your final images are delivered — once delivery happens, that window closes.

If you receive your photos and aren’t happy with them, we offer a complimentary re-shoot — no charge for the session itself. If your original session included hair & makeup, that service is not included free in a re-shoot, since it’s a separate paid service from the photography session and would need to be booked again.
