The Experience

You Walk In
The space is calm — this is a home studio, not a cold commercial set. We talk for a minute. I crack a terrible joke. You laugh — a real laugh, not a camera laugh. And we go from there.
I’m Not Watching the Clock
Sessions run anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes, or longer if we’re in the zone and the work keeps getting better. My only job is making sure you leave with something extraordinary.
You Don’t Need to Know How to Pose
You don’t need experience in front of a camera. You just need to show up. I’ll direct every detail — your face, your posture, your expression. Everything.

How long does a session take?
Individual sessions run 15–90+ minutes. Team sessions are scheduled by headcount — typically 5 minutes per person.
What should I wear?
Solid colors photograph best. Avoid busy patterns or logos. Bring 2–3 outfit options — we’ll pick what works best on camera together.
Where is the studio?
The studio is located in Geneva, IL — convenient to the western suburbs and about 60 minutes from downtown Chicago depending on traffic, less than 30 from Naperville, St. Charles, and Aurora. The Union Pacific West Line is minutes from our door.
Do you shoot on-site for companies?
Yes. On-site corporate sessions are available throughout Chicago and the suburbs. We bring a complete professional studio to your office.
Do I need experience in front of a camera?
Not at all. The direction and coaching process is designed specifically for people who feel uncomfortable in front of a camera.
